Every IT company says they are responsive. We would rather you hear it from the people who pay us. Before you commit, we give you the names and phone numbers of current clients in the Lower Mainland, ideally in your industry, and you call them yourself.
- Ask for references. On your assessment call, tell us your industry and size.
- We send two or three contacts. Real local businesses we support today, with the person to ask for and their number.
- You call them, without us on the line. Ask how fast we respond, what went wrong and how we handled it.
